Their hiring process is pathetic. They have a mediocre AI called Alex, which keeps rescheduling interviews. After confirmation from the recruiter, everything seemed good until the AI started rescheduling.

Even the recruiter was informed about the rescheduling, yet they didn’t immediately mail me about the system glitch. Believing the interview was rescheduled, I made commitments for other interviews.

Little did I know the recruiter would call just an hour before the interview to inform me there was a system glitch. It's a shame they call themselves a world-class organization and produce such mediocre products, only to waste the time of interviewees and destroy other opportunities.
