SAP Work Experiences

Great Culture, Overwhelmed Newbies

Associate Cloud Developer • Current Employee

Pros: The culture is great. People share knowledge and their opinions openly, regardless of their position. There is a feeling of being respected, and there is no discrimination (that I have felt or seen). The company is very focused on employee well-being: * Flexible work hours * Home office * Q&A sessions with the upper management * Stock options, etc.

Cons: Like every large company, the many processes and platforms used in everyday work can be overwhelming, especially for new hires. Salary increases do not compensate for inflation.
