The culture is great. People share knowledge and their opinions openly, regardless of their position. There is a feeling of being respected, and there is no discrimination (that I have felt or seen).
The company is very focused on employee well-being:
- Flexible work hours
- Home office
- Q&A sessions with the upper management
- Stock options, etc.
Like every large company, the many processes and platforms used in everyday work can be overwhelming, especially for new hires.
Salary increases do not compensate for inflation.
