Process

Firstly, the recruiter contacts you and explains the process in detail, very kindly, and what the position entails. I know it's their job to treat candidates well, but I've never encountered such a friendly and fast hiring process in any other company.

Afterward, they send you a bot, an AI assistant, so you can schedule the interview with the manager yourself. In my case, it lasted an hour via Teams because my manager is German. This process took a week.

When speaking with my manager, obviously all in English, he seemed very sharp and is a great guy, really direct. At that very moment, he let me know he wanted me on his team.

Two days later, the recruiter contacted me saying they wanted me. It was extremely fast. He told me that in a few days he would send me the offer letter with the entire salary and benefits package.

The only annoying thing was having to print and scan so many papers. The "bureaucratic" process is the most annoying part. They ask about your previous jobs, personal paperwork, etc. Then you have to send all those papers by email and courier also to CDMX, I suppose due to COVID.

But other than that, when starting, everyone was very friendly with the onboarding. It's a top-notch company, they never get bored and always provide training.

Questions

My team is new, so there weren't many technical questions. I believe what my manager focused on most was my ability to work in a team, my ability to adapt, and that I'm not afraid to speak English. They want to see an attitude of learning and helping others.
