1. Aptitude Test conducted by third party Meritrac. It had 4 sections: Quantz, Verbal, and two Technical. The first technical section was Data Structures. The second was based on Operating Systems and DBMS.

2. The aptitude test was followed by 3 or 4 rounds of interviews, depending on the person.

3. The various rounds included technical, management, and a separate HR round.

4. Though each round had one or two HR questions thrown in here and there.

5. The management round was basically for testing if we could think on our feet.
