3 interviews in total:

1. Formal HR interview (~30 minutes online) with standard questions. The HR professional asked meaningful questions based on my CV.

2. First interview with 2 staff members (Dev expert and Manager) (~1 hour on-site).

3. Second interview with staff (the same Dev expert and Manager) (~3 hours on-site).

First technical interview:

Started with an in-depth discussion of my previous experience, then lots of general Java-related questions (Threads, Collections, Spring). Finished with an algorithmic task for bracket sorting (verbal explanation in Java was expected).

Second technical interview:

Implement from scratch a small, generic, async multithreading messaging app with REST APIs connecting to a DB. The app should be written in Java and should be able to perform CRUD operations on the DB through the REST APIs.
