Process
3 stages of interview:
- Talk with HR to manage expectations.
- Technical interview with someone from the team and a dev manager.
- Talk with your colleagues and managers abroad, if any.
Then, they call you and make you an offer.
I’d propose to tell HR your salary expectations first and don’t suggest the lowest; aim higher.
Questions
The technical interview is relatively easy. They ask you about your work and to fix a simply Python function. They also ask to read through ABAP code and inquire about some SQL and sorting algorithms. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Managers listen to employee concerns or views related to team, project, and process.
Well-defined projects for the upcoming years.
Treats employees on par with customers.
I am proud to be an employee at SAP.
Cons: I don't find any cons, since SAP has everything in place to fulfill employees' needs.
It could convert more interns to regular employees.

Pros: Innovation Centric
Great Work Environment
Very Less Stress/Work Pressure
Lot of Group Activities, Team Building Events & Parties
Flexible timings and a lot of perks.
Cons: Very low compensation in comparison to competitors.
Freshers are randomly distributed into teams upon joining, and they have to work in technologies that might not be suitable for them.
Not recommended for freshers!
