However, it seems that they require a high level of German fluency, and I cannot meet their requirement.

Pros: Work-life balance.
If you don't want to work or learn anything. If you are looking for a company to retire in (with no money).
Cons: The company was once supposedly "great" but it has gone downhill. There is no conviction among the management. Sindhu Gangadharan, the MD, is simply a social media influencer. They spend unnecessarily on useless events like "Annual Day." The mismanagement in these events is another story. They try to make the company look and feel young, although it's nothing like that.
