Process

I was getting the SAP schedule for the very first interview I did. The email did mention who I interviewed with.

On the day of the interview, I was interviewed by two web development engineers. Fifteen minutes went through my resume, and they threw a technical coding problem at me when only 15 minutes were left. The email didn't say anything about technical problems during the very first interview. It is probably my fault that I didn't ask. But who would expect technical problems in the very first interview, without any resume screening?

I emailed the recruiter to ask for a rescheduling of another interview, and received no response after two weeks. Just ghosted me like that. Nice BIG company management.
