Pros: Steady pay. Good for people with families. A fair amount of PTO and sick days. Flexible with hours as long as you deliver as you're expected. Good mentorship programs and support from management to grow and develop skills. Ability to occasionally work from home. Modern development methodologies. High quality of collaboration between departments and teams, internationally too.

Cons: Outdated technologies. It's hard to integrate new technologies into the existing products since they're very old and complicated, and there's a lot of legacy code. You should take into account that you'd be considerably behind the times once you return to the market. * Very hard to get a raise. * No bonuses. * As a woman, men got higher pay doing the same job. * As an associate, I had the same pay as a colleague of mine who worked there for 10 years. * You only get stock after a few years of work. * Not a lot of quality company events or bonus perks.

Pros: Compensation, organization, process, smart and competent people.

Cons: Aging technology is becoming increasingly difficult to integrate with modern systems. Like all big, multinational corporations, there's quite a bit of bloat.

Pros: - Professional and personal growth, such as trainings and subscriptions to learning sites (Pluralsight). - Good company culture, including a flexible work schedule and a buddy program. - Good pay.

Cons: The company may be slow on technology trends (at least on front-end technologies), but it's getting there.
