Pros: Good pay, laid-back environment. Loads of corporate tape to get anything changed. Suffers from the "too many cooks" analogy.

Cons: At manager discretion for pay rise and promotion.

Pros: I want to be your student, and in the future, I want to get a job.

Cons: Today I don't see your cons.

Pros: Steady pay. Good for people with families. A fair amount of PTO and sick days. Flexible with hours as long as you deliver as you're expected. Good mentorship programs and support from management to grow and develop skills. Ability to occasionally work from home. Modern development methodologies. High quality of collaboration between departments and teams, internationally too.

Cons: Outdated technologies. It's hard to integrate new technologies into the existing products since they're very old and complicated, and there's a lot of legacy code. You should take into account that you'd be considerably behind the times once you return to the market. * Very hard to get a raise. * No bonuses. * As a woman, men got higher pay doing the same job. * As an associate, I had the same pay as a colleague of mine who worked there for 10 years. * You only get stock after a few years of work. * Not a lot of quality company events or bonus perks.
