One Skype round was conducted for two hours, which went very well.
Next, I noticed that HR started ghosting me. So, I looped in the senior HR team, who had selected my resume. Then, the HR replied that the feedback was negative. Within hours, I received a call from the same HR, stating there had been a mistake and I was selected for a second round. I was told I would be receiving an invitation soon. To date, the HR is not picking up calls and is not replying to emails.
