I had a great interview experience at SAP. The process was transparent and focused on practically assessing the candidate's skills.

The interview was divided into three main parts:

• Introductory Chat: A fluid conversation with the hiring manager to align expectations, discuss job responsibilities, and better understand the team's culture.
• Skills Discussion: A moment to present my past experiences, detail relevant projects, and connect my skills with the job's requirements.
• Technical Challenge (Live Coding): Finally, a programming logic problem, similar to those found on the LeetCode platform, was proposed, which I had to solve while screen sharing. The focus was to assess not only the solution but also the line of reasoning.

Overall, the team was very professional and respectful. I recommend the experience.
