The interview process included one telephonic and two or three onsite interviews. The questions were mostly on Java and problem-solving.

I felt the questions were primarily related to the domain the company operates in and the problems they face, making it difficult to grasp them initially.

I was informed that I was selected. I requested a telephonic interview with the Manager to understand the product roadmap and work involved.

Not only did they not schedule this interview, but they also did not extend an offer. They do not seem to care about candidates; as long as someone can join quickly and meet the bar, they are satisfied.
