A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn.
The hiring manager round was followed by three technical rounds.
I had a good experience with the first three rounds of interviews.
The last round, however, was a very bad experience. The interviewer seemed busy, wasn't ready to listen completely, and mentioned multiple times that they were running out of time. I feel this is not the SAP attitude. It looks like this was reflected in my interview feedback. If this is the standard SAP interview process – interviewing with attitude or cutting people off every time – then I'm happy I am not joining teams with people who have this mindset. I have never had an interview with a person like this. It was a good learning experience for me.
Also, another suggestion for the recruiter: if you are planning for a system design round, please provide candidates with a virtual whiteboard. This offers a better opportunity to explain system design concepts.
