I was interviewed for a Senior DevOps Engineer role. The funny part was, no HR was involved in the first five rounds, and the interviewers themselves set up the interview slots. I was fine with that.

1. Technical Round 1: The interviewer was more interested in telling me what he knew but had some patience to listen to me. He selected me for the next round.
2. Technical Round 2: The interviewer was yawning while I was giving answers, which was the worst experience ever.
3. Technical Round 3: This was the best person to interact with; I was very happy to interact with them.
4. Manager Round: A good interaction.
5. Behavioral and Tech Round: Outside of the hiring team, the interaction was again good.
6. Cultural Fit Round: A person from Europe conducted this round. They were more interested in knowing why I had many job switches. I was okay with that.
7. HR Round: She asked about my job switches and how much compensation I received during each switch. I was okay with that.

Then, there was no update from the recruiter. Only the last two rounds were scheduled by the recruiter, and she never replied until I asked for it. After waiting for a couple of days, I withdrew my application. Again, no one bothered to contact me to ask why I withdrew my application.

Worst Bangalore HR team.
