The interview rounds were all virtual, and I was interviewed for the Bangalore location. The entire process took approximately 6 weeks, with roughly one round per week. HR was responsible for scheduling all the rounds.
Technical Round 1: Focus on Ansible, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and other DevOps topics. Three to four questions were asked per topic, some as questions and answers, and others requiring practical demonstrations.
Technical Round 2: Primarily focused on programming, Ansible, and Solutions Architect concepts, including AWS services like EC2, ELB, S3, and IAM.
Technical Round 3 (Team Manager): Centered on Python, AWS Solutions Architecture, and other DevOps aspects.
VP Round (Technical): Covered Kubernetes, AWS, programming, and management.
Non-LoB Round: Focused on DevOps, Solutions Architecture, monitoring, microservices, and DORA metrics.
HR Round:
Overall, it was a moderate interview. All interviewers were kind and knowledgeable. Each of the first three rounds lasted approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. I was happy with how the interview progressed. The week-long gaps between rounds, however, increased my anxiety about previous performance and the possibility of proceeding to the next stage.
Ultimately, it was worthwhile, as I was selected and offered the position.
