Pros: Benefits: Lot of opportunities. People are open to any conversation and always try to help you. The same applies to the management.

Cons: Sometimes you bump into really obsolete tech, and that can be a pain. It can be hard to find the right channel to gather information about what is going on in the other teams, etc.

Pros: Fine colleagues, relatively fine atmosphere.

Cons: - Difficult to find competent people. - Not many IT-skilled employees. - Many managers lack IT background and capabilities beyond the "I'm a manager" sentence. - While modernization was performed, it was chaos (but it is understandable since splitting one company into two is difficult). - Overall, the biggest disadvantage of Kyndryl Brno is the lack of IT expertise throughout the site, overpaid managers compared to the remaining senior technicians, and very inefficient processes that block several simple steps, like building servers, turning a month-long job into something much easier to achieve in other large corporations.

Pros: Many opportunities to work on innovative technology.

Cons: Everything is burdened by huge legacy.
