First interview (90 min) was fair and relatively easy. It mostly consisted of background questions, a bit of technical, and some room for more questions for the company.
Onsite interview was 2-3 hours.
First, a round with engineers from the team: presentation, questions on the project, then a technical test. The test itself was mostly implementation in Java, then some pattern design stuff.
Second part was a discussion with higher managers: motivations, language skills, etc.
All-in-all, it was a good interview with open interviewers. In the end, I got offered a similar position, which I refused.
