Process
After applying to SAP, I was contacted for a first phone interview where we discussed my background, my development skills, and my motivation to join the company.
Then, I had a technical interview via videoconference, where I had to solve coding problems live, with a focus on Java and SAP HANA.
An online technical test followed to assess my algorithmic skills.
Next, I met with team members to discuss collaboration, enterprise solutions, and ERP processes, before a final HR interview on culture and values.
