Process

The interviews are pretty straightforward, testing you on the programming language aspects of the language you have been working on. They might even move towards design patterns, with MVC being a hot favorite.

Database concepts are also tested, asking if there has been prior experience in database design or optimization. Do expect SQL-based questions, with joins being a favorite again.

Leadership experience is also sought after if experienced people are being interviewed. There could be chances people might ask you about compilers or data structures, but these are less common.

The Best Place to work

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Pros: Work-Life Balance Amazing Management Freedom to work on non-work-related projects Holistic Growth Events that you don't necessarily see in other companies You know you are valued as a person here.

Cons: Career progression is slow once you reach mid-level. If you get a wrong manager or team, then work-life balance would suffer, but this is really rare. The technology stack used might sometimes be a little slower when compared to the industry. There is little opportunity to travel if you are in a team of catalysts and over-performers.
