The interview process was very poor.

I was asked to come in for a two-hour interview. When I arrived, I met with two Senior Developers. They were pleasant enough but lacked social communication skills, exhibiting a pure programmer mentality.

They did not ask anything about my resume or my previous experiences. Instead, they immediately jumped into a tricky technical question.

Interestingly, the product "Lumira" is written mostly in JavaScript, yet the developers were Java specialists and did not ask a single question about JavaScript.
