They have a very poor mindset regarding service-based companies.

They told me, "We do not call service-based employees; you are lucky to get a call."

During the HR discussion, they shifted the position from Senior Software Engineer to Software Engineer. It was very hard to believe this kind of treatment from one of my dream companies. I still cannot believe a company like SAP would treat a candidate like this. I felt so humiliated and insulted for being a candidate from a service-based company.

One request: please do not shortlist profiles of candidates from service-based companies if you are not eager to select them.
