The recruitment process is as follows:
Step 1: Candidates apply on the portal.
Step 2: Once shortlisted, a written test link is shared with the candidate. The written test is usually 90 minutes long and comprises five sections:
Step 3: After test completion, results are processed within approximately 3 days.
Step 4: Upon clearing the written round, candidates are called for interviews within the next 15 days.
Step 5: There are four interview rounds:
Technical Interview 1: Candidates are asked questions covering subjects studied during graduation/post-graduation. Brainstorming puzzles and their solutions may also be presented. This one-to-one interview is typically with a professional with 6+ years of experience and lasts about 1.5 hours.
Technical Interview 2: After clearing the first technical interview, recruiters assess the candidate's strong domains. This round involves facing experts in those specific areas. Expect purely technical questions, including coding challenges. This interview also lasts about 1.5 hours.
Management Interview: After successfully completing both technical interviews, candidates meet a management professional, usually a VP or MD. This round assesses common sense, communication, stress handling, strategy planning, and other soft skills. Technical questions are generally fewer, but reasoning questions can make this the most challenging round. This interview usually lasts an hour.
HR Interview: This is the final stage. Technical questions may be asked, but the primary focus is on confidence, consistency, personality, and potential. This is typically a panel interview lasting about an hour.
Step 6: After the HR interview, candidates fill out and submit a form before concluding the day.
Step 7: If selected, candidates receive an email within 48 hours. This is followed by subsequent emails regarding CTC discussion, resume submission, Master Data Sheet (MDS) submission, background verification, and onboarding.
