Mostly technical questions. The interviewers were nice. The technical questions were pretty basic, but they really wanted you to familiarize yourself with object-oriented programming. They asked to write some code on a whiteboard. There were also questions about testing methods.

As a big company, the benefits are actually good, and the work environment is great too.
Cons: It is hard to get promoted since the company is too big. It's hard to learn in a lot of fields since everyone is focused on their particular area.

Pros: Friendly people at the Vancouver Labs location. They hire quite a lot of interns/co-ops, so there's a high chance that you will get hired.
Cons: Products are boring, unless you're into enterprise software. Most of company documentation is on a wiki, which is often outdated and irrelevant.
Lots of learning must be done on your own, or just ask someone.
