Process

It was more of a stress interview, with no time given to think and constant negative comments being passed. My paper was snatched just after two minutes while I was writing an SQL query. When asked about my feedback, they said that I could go and enjoy my day. Overall, the attitude of the interviewers was not good.

Draw the M.V.C. design pattern and application design for WhatsApp.

Draw the database design for an e-commerce giant.

Other C++/Java OOPs-related questions and SQL query questions.

Pros: I have been with SAP for 7 years and I love it! I have not been bored or feel stagnated in my growth till now! SAP has provided me so many opportunities to work with different teams and roles internally. I have had the chance to explore different roles and teams to see what I really like and am good at. I have learnt so much! There are so many resources for career development, and SAP encourages you to grow! When employees grow, the company also grows! I really appreciate the importance that SAP gives to its employees and listens to their voice. I have worked in SAP Bangalore and SAP Palo Alto.

Cons: The salary might not be as comparable to other tech giants, but I prefer a good, healthy work environment with good employee benefits over looking for a high-paying company where employees are just treated like resources to be milked to exhaustion.
