2. Not so hectic schedule.
3. Good money for the amount of working hours you have.
4. Amazing work culture and highly helpful colleagues.
Cons: Well, many!
1. Currently, the leadership team has no direction going ahead.
2. Management and infrastructure need real work.
3. Almost everything is operated through the Bengaluru location, despite Pune being a separate entity.
4. Not everyone has a role they like. It mostly involves bug fixing; many can therefore opt out of this.
