Phone screening by the team manager a few days before the on-site interview.
On-site interview took a whole afternoon, with interviews conducted by 4 interviewers from different teams and roles.
Interview questions were appropriate, neither too trivial nor too difficult.
Opinions on the company and personal interests were exchanged between both the interviewer and interviewee, which was a very nice experience.
