There were two technical phone interviews that went very in-depth on the subject matter. However, the interviewers also helped when you got stuck. Overall, the atmosphere was very pleasant.

After these interviews were successfully completed, there was a personal interview. This focused mainly on professional experience and teamwork. In essence, it was about how well you fit together.

At the end of this conversation, there was an agreement or not.

However, I would have preferred this conversation to be first, not last.
