The interview was with two people and lasted about an hour. It was fairly general, covering work experience and other topics.
After three weeks with no response, I emailed the recruiting manager but still heard nothing.
It is very poor not to get back to someone who has attended an interview. This does not reflect well on how SAP treats people. Sending a generic email requires very little effort.
