Process
The interview process involved an HR call, followed by a call with the hiring manager, and a take-home assignment. I was not given any feedback after I finished the take-home; instead, I received a rejection email with a generic response. This was not the best way to make an impression, in my opinion. Typically, I would expect some feedback or comments for candidates.
