Cons: - Lots of old staff there, but doing not so important work. - The office is getting smaller and less facilitated. It took a year to fix a kitchen. - Benefits got cut annually. Many smaller companies offer better benefits. - Low compensation, not competitive at all, only suitable for new grads in terms of compensation. - Not so chill work, lots of pressure when it comes to broken production and not meeting the deadline. - Company revenue is going down: bonus cut, funding cut, layoffs, office expense cut, lunch program cut (even taxable). No increase even with 10% inflation. - Very slow salary growth (not suitable for senior or experienced staff). - SAP doesn't really listen to employees' voices. Open surveys are pretty much useless.
