Process

The interview process at SAP Labs began with resume screening, where my application and resume were reviewed to assess my qualifications and experience. After being shortlisted, I moved on to the online assessment, which tested my technical skills through coding problems.

Following this, I had two technical interview rounds. Both rounds heavily focused on the details in my resume. The interviewers asked questions related to the projects I had worked on, technologies I had used, and the challenges I faced in previous roles. They also probed deeper into specific skills I had mentioned, asking me to explain the solutions and approaches I had implemented.

Finally, I had an HR interview, where the focus shifted to my motivation for applying to SAP, my career goals, and how well I fit with the company’s culture. The entire process was quite detailed, with an emphasis on understanding my past experience and how it aligned with the role.
