I applied online to the SVNT Rotational Program (Full Stack Route).
I took the front-end and back-end assessment tests. The next step was a behavioral interview where I discussed my past experiences. The interviewer also presented real-life work scenarios and asked how I would approach and resolve them.
After that, there were two technical rounds (two stages, on separate days). Both were virtual via Skype, and the interviewers were very nice and relaxed.
Overall, it was a very smooth and positive process, although there were a few too many steps, and it took up to a week between each stage.
Resume, projects, scenario-based questions.
Tree Traversal (iterative and recursive).
Backtracking (DP problem, but he didn't expect me to implement it fully. Just recognizing it and giving a high-level solution was good enough).
Distinct count of encoded strings (Array and Maps, easy LeetCode level).
