- Because of its size, everything takes a really long time.
- Most positions of influence are in Germany.
- They start and scrap projects all the time. In two years, I worked on three different projects, and two of them were canned within a year. They won't let teams finish building before moving to something else.
Stop putting teams against each other. Give the teams the chance to prove the worth of their products before cancelling them.
