Misleading Job Descriptions
I can't say as I worked for very little time.
Wrong job description: I was offered a developer role and after joining, I was changed to QA. This happened to many of my friends also.
Bad career opportunities: The stuff you will be working on won't have that much demand if you leave SAP.
Please be clear to the candidate on what the job will be, especially for freshers. You cannot make a person work on things they don't like to.
