Great company to develop a career.
The development and experiences gained by having a career at SAP are incredible. The company strongly encourages and helps its employees to get involved professionally and personally, always providing training, new career opportunities, etc. In addition to a great environment and always listening to feedback from its collaborators.
One disadvantage of SAP would be the slow pace of career progression. Although the starting salary is very good, career growth is time-consuming.
