SAP just had the best year ever, but the salary adjustments are below inflation level and additional bonuses have been cut to the point where even our managers have to apologize.
Looks like they want to get rid of most people in Germany.
CEO plays with numbers (let's get rid of people, but we can't sack them, so let's pay them and book their salaries for the next 30 years this year and then things will look better in the next years - that kind of nonsense) to get the share price up, but I don't see enough actual innovation.
Please, just go away and have someone else lead the company.
