• Lack of skill/experience is not important, as long as you're close with someone from the "leadership."

Watching the reputation of a company, built with the help of well-respected people with true leadership skills – people who have given years of hard work – being torn apart for months by individuals with no integrity or honor, let alone work ethic or knowledge.
