Currently, I no longer see anything positive in the company. Maybe it would be a good company to start working at, to intern.
Frequent reorganizations hinder career and salary progression.
To get a salary increase, you can only change positions.
AI hype is beyond unbearable.
Food and health benefits are outdated and insufficient.
Coaching within the company is unbearable. You have to take a deep breath.
