Long hiring process, though they check every aspect. Create enough pressure during the interview. Large panels, though the interview environment was kept light.

First, there was an aptitude test, followed by four interviews. The first two were technical, then a managerial interview, and finally an HR interview. It was very nice. I did not get to give the second interview.

Two rounds of technical interviews followed by an HR round. The performance during the internship was considered as feedback, as I was an intern for one year. The interview was one-on-one, and knowledge of SAP and its products is required.
