I've spent years chasing Concur's North Star. Whenever we finally get going with the latest hotness, people have already decided to kill it off and move onto something new. Every effort to make the next environment not a snowflake and the reference for all future environments pumps out the snowflakeiest environment of all.
Terrible project planning.
Forced centralized tools which suck.
Company now hates Windows and .NET.
