No promotions, change of responsibilities too often, too many re-orgs and structural changes, team shifts. The reason provided for most of the re-orgs is that "we have been asked to implement this change." We ourselves don't know the reason.
Try to stabilize. It is now a big elephant that has lost its pace and needs to sit down slowly. So, don't break its legs while it's sitting down. There will be a time when it might run again, but for that time, the legs should not be fractured. Management is now not focusing on the seniors (7+ years) in the company.
