Basically, it was a short conversation in English, with a few questions about my current job and role. In the end, I had a whiteboard test where they gave me a LeetCode problem in English to solve.

They don't provide post-interview feedback, even when requested. The selection process is not transparent. Furthermore, depending on the team conducting the interview, the atmosphere is super heavy. Very frustrating interviews.
