Coworkers are wonderful. The stock program is a nice perk, and the benefits are decent.
Leadership is unqualified and getting worse.
Re-orgs are very regular and a mechanism used to deny promotions/large bonuses. There is strong bias against women, minorities, etc., despite publicly announcing otherwise.
Don't expect to get ahead unless male and white.
