Good benefits, pretty bad management
Good benefits package. Salary slightly above the average in the market.
There is bureaucracy for everything. You cannot improve something unless it is approved by the manager of the manager of the other manager. Also, a lot of managers are doing nothing. The company has a good vision itself but the wrong people in many areas, at least in cloud-related ones.
