Good work-life balance. Good benefits.
Too many unnecessary procedures, Incompetent managers, Deprecated technology and applications, Too much panic over nothing, No real career opportunities.
Two Technical Rounds One HR Round They provided all the interview candidates lunch and treated all of us very well. The initial time for the interview setup took some time, but it was good afterward. I was out in Round 1 itself :(
First, I had a call with HR. After that, a technical interview was booked with a dev manager and two medior/senior developers. The questions were pretty basic, focusing on objective-oriented programming and JavaScript.
Each phase had a pause of about one week. It was quick, with a few interview partners from HR to other engineers, and then the project manager and some other employees who would probably work with me on the next project.
