The work environment is excellent, with great team spirit and effortless communication across borders. The company does whatever is possible for each employee to feel like part of a big family. There are very good career opportunities, if one actively pursues them.
Getting up through the grades sometimes takes more time in comparison with smaller companies. There's a good bit of bureaucracy, but it's a large company with thousands of employees, so one has to live with what it is.
