My experience after 10 years at SAP
Relatively stable job, though that might change in the future.
Nice colleagues.
Usually working with older tech.
Lot of coasters. A LOT of favoritism.
Lower pay compared to competitors.
Boring projects.
Any change is happening very slowly. The company reverted "flex work" and "work from home" to the pre-covid state.
Promote the doers, not the talkers.
