Summary: Slavery, deprecated technologies, and mismanagement.

My former manager "stole" me from another team, as she said at first. After 8 days, she provided a document containing negative feedback about me and submitted it to HR. Although I worked over 10 hours a day to meet the team's expectations, she believed that I wasn't productive enough. After a few weeks, she started to annoy me by ignoring me in meetings, engaging in aggressive conversations, and sending overly polite emails. The frustrating part is HR, who never listened to my comments before making any judgment.

Advice to Management
  • Reply to emails, or let your employees meet you.
  • Fire the manager who doesn't deserve the management position.
